Why is gasoline in New Jersey cheaper than in New York or Pennsylvania?
When New Jersey requires full-service stations, the others do not (only Oregon AFAIK requires full-service other than NJ); presumably the cost of gasoline should reflect the price of paying the salaries of the gas "jockeys", so why is it less?
