How much would you estimate this ring costing?

Depends on the quality of the diamond......it can be a poor quality diamond and only be a couple hundred bucks, or it can be an almost perfect diamond and cost a few thousand. Really depends on the diamond. The setting, if you got gold (whether it be white or yellow) would probably be around a $500-1000 though with all of that detail.
