IT hurts to breathe. Severe chest pain. What is it?

Work up this morning with severe pain to the chest area. Seems to be isolated to just under my . No coughing. Do not feel congested. No fever. It's a sharp pain if I should cough or laugh or sneeze. I did have a serious bout with flu like symptoms approximately two weeks ago.
