Do I have hiv? How can I calm down until I get the results back?

Yes I know I was an idiot. At the time I had a death wish I suffer from depression. About 6 months ago I had unprotected with a promiscuous white bi guy about 10 times. He said he used to have with men but he has never tried . Around that time I got sick for about 3 weeks. I think the doctor said I had strep throat or a virus. I've had strep throat before 2 years ago. But I was also really stressed out about finals and I did not get enough sleep or eat right for a few weeks and I was constantly arguing with my roommate. I got tested today but I can't seem to stop worrying.
