Why is my stomach hurting on my right side ?

Hi im starting to get really bad stomach ache in the right side of my stomach , its very painful , I recently was found out i was a positive to clamydia .. i have took my tablets 5 days ago , could it be some thing to do with that ? its really painfull !!! please help !!
