What's the difference between the 15-rated Bruno: Snipped and the 18-rated Bruno?

The original "Bruno" is a disgusting offensive movie. I had to leave the theatre because I couldn't take it anymore and I'm not expecting the 15 rated to be any better since the movie makers have obvious bad discretion!!
