Why is my baby daddy acting so dumb or is it me?

i kicked my bd out about three weeks ago because i saw he was asking this girl he was messing with to deposit $ into his account. he said it was to pay for a ticket he got in her car but i felt like it was more behind it. We have two young kids and since then he hasn't seen his kids and said he will never step foot in my house. We've exchanged hurtful words amongst each other so he's not the only one to blame. So my son needed his hair recut from what his mom did and she said his phone was broke so she was the mediator and said he agreed to do it and he missed his kids. So i needed to change the day so she asked him again but she never said nothing back to me. So i text him and he said well i can bring him but i feel as though why should i go out of my way when this shouldn't even be a difficult process this is his son plus i have two kids i'm not going to truck them around town like that i'm already tired taking care of them by myself. he quit his job or got fired (possibly to get out of child support) and he's not helping me at all. So am i wrong or is he the one that needs to get over himself and do for his kids. i'm not giving a lot of detail due to too much typing and also one more thing would anyone suggest therapy?
