Help me with a workout routine?

ok i really need a good workout plan with a few rules 1 NO DIETING i hate diets i turn into a real jerk when i diet so since i refuse to give up double cheeseburgers i know i will never look like hugh jackman or brad pitt i really like supersets there fast efficiant and i work up a really good sweat doing them i prefer the push pull supersets like bicep curls then overhead tricep extension i'm looking for muscular arms flat chest and strong back and legs i don't want to be a bodybuilder i just want a body that say he works out can someone please put together a routine USING THESE EXERCISES ONLY PUSHING EXERCISES sorry some of these i don't know proper terms pushups overhead tricep extension single arm and double french presses elbows forward and sideways floor bench press shoulder press PULLING EXERCISES bicep hammer concentration overhand and zuttman curls shoulder raise back row bent over row isted curls LEGS squats lunges jogging in place ABS crunches and reverse crunches i am looking for a routine that i can do in superset form in about 30 to 40 min 3 to 4 days a week i apoligize for the cap locks i have tryed to do other exercises but either i can't do them or don't have the equipment i appreciate the help thank you
