Gaming related (stupid) problem. help?

i just got a demo version of this cool looking game called "construction destruction". but the damn thing wont just work. i have tried re-installing, running in compatibility mode, run as administrator, downloading different version, but when i click on the shortcut that game made, it just crashes without loading or doing anything. my computer is in the minimal requirements (maybe over that, i haven�t looked it much.) its intel t4400 double core 1.86 ghz, 2048 mb�s of ram, 448 mb�s of chip-set memory(its intel 965 gma x3100 chipset) and windows vista home premium.
