Dental pain,tooth extraction,dentist didnt beleive me that anesthetic didnt work,now left in agony?

im so upset have just got home from my local out of hours dental surgery,had a top tooth that had broken off and i was experiencing a lot of pain,wanted an extraction,he gave me 3 lots of anesthetic jabs waiting 20 Min's between each jab,,in between sticking a probe deep into the tooth,making me nearly leap through the ceiling,he was clearly annoyed with me and said he had given me enough to knock out a bull elephant,,my tongue ,inside and roof of mouth was numb but not my tooth,the final time he took me back in the room i tried to explain that when i have had other teeth removed it was pain full even after the anesthetic but grit my teeth and got on with it,,he put these pliers things in my mouth and as soon as the metal touched my tooth it hurt,,he pushed up and i heard a crack,i then screamed i have never known pain like it,,,he sat the chair up and has sent me home with a prescription for some antibiotics,,the tooth is still in ,,pushed up,,what am i going to do,,dont think the anesthetic works on me,,i dont want to go back,,he didn't care was horrible,,i have a lot of pain now,,big hole in my tooth i dont know if i can go to the hospital,,i cant last with this pain its killing me,,im not registered with a dentist this was emergency clinic,,please if anyone can advise me ,,why doesn't anesthetic work on me,,what am i to do,,
